Help us locate the issue
Include the page title, the passage or action you are asking about, and any relevant public source. For an accessibility problem, a device or browser description can help. There is no need to send an employee ID, payroll record, bank detail or sign-in code.
Employment and account questions
We cannot access MyALDI or MyHR, correct payroll, approve leave, reset credentials or provide ALDI support. Follow the instructions supplied by your employer for employment matters. Applicants can consult the official ALDI US careers FAQ.
Email handling
An email link opens your email service. If you send a message, its content and sender details are processed by your email service and the recipient’s email service. Send only information needed for your editorial or privacy question. The publisher can answer questions about correspondence and requests for access, correction or deletion through the contact address. Read the Privacy Policy for the distinction between these reading tools, website delivery and correspondence.
